Good Day!I just got my Eastwood TIG 200 AC/DC welder and im having issues. Using footpedal or finger trigger, AC or DC, amperage is stuck at the minimum (arc starts but wont really melt anything). I have tried 110 and 220 (got that installed last week). 100% argon (good bottle). Any advice on what to do is greatly appreciated.Thanks!
Reply:I had that machine. Post pictures of your settings on the machine AND at the pedal (if it has the amperage knob on it).

Reply:Take advantage of the 90 day return policy and purchase a Primeweld. Machine is made by the same company, but the Primeweld has some additional features and a few internal upgrades to the inverter, and better warranty.
Reply:I fixed it.The adjustment knobs are held on with collets (not actually engaging the knob spline) and it was loose so the knob wasnt actually turning the amps......Its tight now and works like a champ.
