I have a welding trailer built on a 3/4 ton GMC chassis.  It is a rolling weld shop.It has a 225 amp generator/welder with a new battery and carburetor that operates on both CC and CV mode.  It comes with a high frequency unit, air cooled tig torch with finger control, a wire feeder, oxy-acetelyne welding and cutting torches with a variety of tips and large full owner owned  oxygen and acetylene tanks. In addition the trailer has a fold down tailgate that doubles as a work bench with a 6" vise mounted on a heavy plate for situations that requires a pounding surface.Included are two full large owner owned argon and argon/co2 mix for tig and mig welding and flow meter.Included also is a drill press and removable bench grinder that can be placed in two different locations on the trailer by inserting into a pair of  receivers. The trailer has a 175psi gas drive electric start air compressor with an air splitter/manifold for multiple tools as well as a 25ft air hose on a reel. A tool box on the trailer tongue contains a new battery, hydraulic jack and lug wrench for replacing tires.  The trailer has new tires and a spare mounted under the bed with a tire winch that can raise and lower the spare. The trailer has a hinged fold down work table with level adjustable feet to accommodate uneven surfaces. There are four shelves built in to the trailer to hold a variety of tools and the wire feeder. I included a series of clamps, hammers, come along, bars and layout tools in addition to a pair of 5 gallon Jerry cans for spare gas. Finally a set of welding gloves, welding hood and leather jacket is included.  It is covered with a heavy vinyl tarp to protect it from the environment.  The tarp is a repurposed billboard sign able to withstand punishing weather elements but is not highway capable as it will shred if goung fast.  it was intendef for local work via streets.  FYI.This is a total turn key system ready for you to hit the ground running.  call Tony at #602 #920 #3784Copy and paste the following link to watch a video tour of this rig.Last edited by therrera; 4 Weeks Ago at 01:53 AM.
Reply:I understand your desire to use video to highlight the features of your trailer. No offense but IMO ditch the video and stick to some good photos and text. Poorly done vids literally give me a headache and and I move on. It looks like you built yourself a nice rig and I wish you luck the best of luck in selling.

Reply:well, its been 8 months, i might be on plan e or f by now.   probabaly get more too by parting it out  .    nice/descent stuff sells easily individually.     then the trailers buyer can move there favored euip onto itLast edited by 123weld; 4 Weeks Ago at 07:41 PM.

Reply:I saw it on Hobart, the welder has a lot of power and despite the 6K rating will start a 5 hp motor.  Only downsides are noise and it doesnt have 120/240 recept.  Its a super nice welding machine, just soon as use it as any.  There is probably a spot for this and if a guy needed spare, needed to get going fast there could be a place for it in nice climate.   I agree, skip the vid, use pics.  Put someone in a couple shooting fire and working.Last edited by Sberry; 3 Weeks Ago at 10:00 AM.www.urkafarms.com
Reply:Its priced decent and as an aprasial tools are worth it not considering the convenience of shopping and the custom build.  I would think a decent seller could part it out easily depending on amount of hand tools.  Its real value is as a collection for a start up.  Lots of my own stuff isnt likely as good, mostly worn out stuff.   It would be a loser to part it out, as a collection is another matter.  Collections scare people due to the stuff they think they wont use.  I have stuff like that I bought and dont, old specialty tools and pullers a guy used once but its not a huge deal. Builder parts but the fittings, the adapters, taps dies etc all go together to outfit a basic shop.  I can work around the big expensive tools anyumore but its the collection of misc stuff that really does the work, seems I got a fitting for about everything.   That trailer doesn't sound like collection of junk, all solid stuff a guy would want even if he has some, extra bottles, torches, lead.Last edited by Sberry; 3 Weeks Ago at 10:13 AM.www.urkafarms.com
Reply:I would put the equipment on pickup and save the hitch for hauling materials on trailer. Dave
