Large Floating Shelf

Made a good sized floating shelf to help open up the area Infront of our TV. Been trying to use up the abundance of tongue and groove boards I have. It's a complete coincidence that the top piece happened to be a reclaimed shelf that was a similar color

Reply:Looks good except the top shelf just looks unfinished like you stuck some 2x4 up there for temporary use similar to making a table out of saw horses.  I might have to steel that idea and refine it a bit to my own flavor.Lincoln, ESAB, Thermal Dynamics, Victor, Miller, Dewalt, Makita, Kalamzoo.  Hand tools, power tools, welding and cutting tools.

Reply:I can see how people would do it differently. This is just my own personal design, not a one size fits all situation I'm sure.
