Syncrowave 210 won't weld!?!

Greetings all!I recently purchased a used Syncrowave 210 from equipment hub. It is in decent shape physically and once it is turned on all appears normal. The gas solenoid works great, post flow timer works great, it simply won't weld! No HF arc or spark from the electrode in any mode including stick. I think that it's a relay on the board that is not moving but that's just a guess. What thoughts do you have and what do you think it will cost to fix?
