Syncrowave 210 Foot Control change?

I just bought a new 210 syncrowave tig. I’m trying to weld DC, set amps to 150. I can’t feather the pedal at all. It goes straight to full amperage. It’s the 14 pin connector on the foot pedal. How can I make the foot pedal adjust amperage based on how far I push the pedal in??? Thanks in advance
Reply:I am not familiar with the 210, and I'm definitely not any kind of tig weldor, but... I would check and see if you are in 2t or 4t as a starting point.  Someone who can offer better advice will come along shortly.
