Miller Bobcat 250 no generator power or weld

Started up my welder and rolled out the leads, come to find no spark. I the. Checked all connections and tried the generator and no power. Removed from truck and in shop now, all metal side off all wiring exposed. I read some threads on the web to check the 2 fuses and the two full bridge rectifiers? I replace both of each and a new capacitor and still no power? All components look great and the armature checked out 3.4 ohms . Brushes were good and the rings look clean? Any help would be appreciated!

Reply:I've had a similar problem with my old BB400 D,  I called Millers customer service, Engine Drive department.   They walked me thru it over the phone, we did some checking with Multi meter.  Call them they'll put you in the right direction.It seemed like a good idea at the time!
