Already knew the translation...both because it is the beginning of the Kansas state motto, Ad astra per aspera, and I took Latin for a foreign language while going to K.U. back in the early '70s. Reply:I have a machine mart job, mounted gearbox end - seems fine engine been in about 2 weeks, would be nice to get stuff back from the engineers.  Lee
