Hey gang! So the #3 on the voltage dial doesn't work, all the other ones do though. I took it apart to see what could be wrong but didn't see anything disconnected but then again I'm not sure what to look for.
Is it a dial issue or something else? Will replacing the dial fix this?TIA~K
Reply:Pull back the switch from the front panel and wipe the contacts clean. look real close at them. you will find something wrong with #3. either it is arced up or it got hot and moved in the plastic. You also can read the voltage on each wire and make sure they are good and or dead. Bad connection elsewhere. On the back of the switch there is a row of round holes. if a plastic worm is coming out the hole. switch has over heated at that contact and will need to be replaced.
