Hello all, new here to this forum. Im having trouble with a new(ish) Miller 255. It is constantly fouling contact tips on striking an arc, especially when it is set for 1/8 inch material or less, doesnt seem to matter if Im using the pulse feature or not and will do it regularly at all temperature settings. Im tired of changing tips 2 or 3 times a day. I am open to suggestions, the best answer Ive gotten from my local dealer is I dont know what to tell ya 🤔 Ive been a blue fan since starting in 1989 but this machine and follow up service has got me wondering if a different color might be the answer
