I found these pictures a while ago. I believe they came from this Photobucket archive (no longer accessible but you can kind of see them obscured). Are these commercial items or something he made? The red one looks like a modified C clamp. He's not been active on that site in years so I didn't bother joining to ask
I know Miller makes something similar but they're $$$.I cut slots in my home made table and would like an inexpensive set of clamps that mount into them. Last edited by crazybrit; 15 Hours Ago at 12:18 PM.
Reply:Looks like a Jorgensen hold-down. Used to get them at Home Depot and Ace fairly cheap. I still have one. Looking for my orange version one I found this:https://www.googleadservices.com/pag...BAgBEC4&adurl=
Reply:I just use Vise-GripsSimple and fast and they just hang around when not in use.Dave

Reply:I would disregard the tee slots you cut and just drill a pattern of 5/8" holes. You can easily modify any number of clamps available to use without the hassle of using tee nuts (or ANY nuts )Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk:

Reply:I got these on Amazon…similar. Very handy. They sell the slot nuts and you can use them on any clamp if you wanted to do a bit of fab work.
