Lincoln Ranger 8 run fine welded about an inch and quit. It will only spark a little on end of rod. The machine set up for about 6 months but had been used for aux power once in the 6 month period, Aux power output is fine just wont weld. The machine only has 294 hours on it. Followed troubleshooting guide including checked and cleaned brushes/rotor.
