New to this forum so if this is posted in the wrong area sorry. I have a hobart mega arc 400 amp arc welder/generator with perkins diesel engine and it has stoped building up voltage at the receptacles and at the leads. No voltage at all. Any suggestions. It sat for probably a year with out striking an arc or using the receptacles but was started several times. Do i need to polarize the generator? Im lost. It does not have a automatic high low its just one RPM when running.
