PowCon 300SM remote pinouts?

I have a 300sm hooked up to a hobart feeder running ulltracore wire. Welds really nice, but the terminals are allways hot. Id like to hook up a contactor switch to the remote plug to controle the termainals. Need to know what pins do what. Also my plug is not numbered so I need to know where pin 1 and 14 are.Thanks

Will post my results and how I did it.Edit.What I found in the manual.pin 1 = line 115vpin 2 = netural 115vpin 3 = gnd pins11 and 10 = enablepin 12 = +16pin 13 = wiperpin 14 = OVpin 8 = contactor inpin 9 = contactor outalso found some good info here.http://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb...nector-132015/Edit.If pin 12 is 16volts DC I might be able to use a simple 12 - 24 volt DC relay to power the coil. I think I need to connect pin 10 and 14 to put it into remote mode (out put terminals open/off) then connect pin 8 and 9 together to enable (out put terminal closed/on), Im thinking a simple auto motive relay will do this.. Not sure how I will close the relay, Might just tap it to the gun triger. I think the feeder is powered by the output voltage of the welder. Reply:Tried to send you the 300SM manual but it said it exceeded the limit of 150. I have all the manuals that Arcon has downloaded on my computer. I have several short pigtails if you need one. I think I've got some 14 and 17 pins. the 400 series, depending on manufacture date takes the 17 pin. My 300SM takes the 14 pin. Reply:Pin 8 and 9. Complete a circuit to close the contactor.  Do not put any external current to any of the Powcon pins unless you want to fry your machine.    Whatever the voltage running through the Hobart gun trigger needs to be used to connect the normally open side of the trigger to a relay that will close the contact between pin 8 and 9.  Got a 12vdc relay pin 8 ands 9 connect to terminal 87 and 30.    Gun trigger goes to 85.  ground terminal 86. Reply:Powcons work backwards. Close 8to9 and the welder output turns off.everybody else you close the contacts to turn welder output on.Check the contactor control relay in your feeder and see if it can be switched from normally open to normally closed.
