220 VAC DUAL MIG Welder model 55525 - is it worth it?

Hi, I got this as a gift a few years back, and it sat.  I went to go use it, hooked it up, got juice, and one spark.  Now nothing.  Nothing smells or looks burnt.  I've power, and the wire feed runs extra wire until I click the button a few times.  So I'm thinking, do I; A) find a welder repair shop, and have them look at it?    1) not sure where to find or take a welder in need of repair.B) throw it in the dumpster and buy a new one?It's Harbor Freight 220 VAC DUAL MIG Welder model 55525Thanks, if the general consensus is B, I'll need advice on buying a comparable replacement.  Money is a limited object.  Plus I'm a hobbyist.  Occasional brackets, maybe some handle bars, nothing heavy duty.Thanks again.
Reply:"Now nothing" or "wire feed runs..."?  Do you have 240v at the machine.  Perhap breaker issue.  I have half a breaker fail on a inverter stick welder, fan operated by I was weak.
Reply:Stick welders are under rated.  You can buy a nice one at a lower price than a comparable mig.Then again,  there is the YES welder threads.  Follow them.
