Reply:The main thing is to make sure the argon grove lines up and the o-rings seal.www.georgesplasmacuttershop.comPlasma Cutter and Welder Sales and Repairs--Ebay storeTec.Mo. Dealer Consumables for the PT and IPT torch's

Reply:I know pics can be deceiving but it looks like a Tweco copy.  Only thing is the brass end of the liner looks thicker.  Yeah, you'd be wise to take a caliper with ya.
Reply:i know the tail end on vulcan stuff is the same as a tweco gun #2 on a hobart hefty suitcase.

Reply:only difference is my older twecos use 1/4" spade connectors for the trigger instead of the pigtail with connector, but the tail has the exact same dimensions and fits and seals perfectly.
Reply:Take your gun with you to HF and see if they'll let you plug it into the floor model?GreggHobart Handler 210 MVPHobart Stickmate 210i
Reply:It should be plug and play on the Vulcan. That's the standard Tweco back end that many companies copy and I know someone who just did opposite of what you are wanting to do and the Vulcan gun fit his TA 211i. What you need to check is if the Vilcan trigger wire amphenol is 4 socket with 2 pins. I think the Fusion comes with a 9 socket with 2 pins. As long as you hook the 2 wires together the trigger will work. jus check the amphenols. The back end will fit.Thermal Arc 320SP ( Lorch )Cobra PythonsThermal Arc 300 AC/DC  ( Sanrex )ESAB 301i AC/DC  ( Lorch )Thermal Arc 161STL  ( WTL )Thermal Arc 190S  ( Sanrex )Cut Master 82, 42. Reply:Thanks for your perspective on things.  I guess I am lucky to have the trim dial on the Rebel in the advanced features used in Smig mode that allows me to adjust the heat a little up or down from with in the auto settings

Reply:I couldn't find anything earlier but low and behold this showed up out of the blue while I was looking for music vids.  Go figure.  Any way it's a decent vid that shows the Rebel's advanced tweaking abilities

  Enjoy.

Reply:I also had a difficult time trying to dial in a 211i and sold it...lol And that Tweco gun and tips were mad annoying. The contact tip would fall off when I pulled the nozzle to clean it. Id have to make sure I held the tip vertical so it stayed on the wire. I replaced it with a Bernard unit. I cut the Tweco connector and spliced it onto the Bernard.  You will probably have to splice the connector off supplied gun onto your tweco but should work fine.Millermatic 185Lincoln Ranger 305GVictor O/A

Reply:So far I have yet to use 4T settings on my unit.  Never welded anything more that about 6” of weld bead.  I’m sure if I was welding 9’ at a go I’d use it too.Lincoln, ESAB, Thermal Dynamics, Victor, Miller, Dewalt, Makita, Kalamzoo.  Hand tools, power tools, welding and cutting tools.
Reply:Tweco 211i responds nicely to the modified fusion gun. Arc was a mess with the factory setup..Never could get the thing dialed in correctly with the fusion stuff, The 252i was a lot nicer machine in so many ways, just no 120 volts.. I think my Caddymig 160 is the easiest/fastest machine I have used for dialing CO2 gas.. One sweet welding machine.   No screen or boot up needed..Plus it's not made in China..
