My post earlier wasn't as clear, since I didn't give you guys much info. Here are pictures of what I would like to get made. Please look at them and make your suggestions on what types of welds I need to used on these fixtures? They are use to hold clothing and merchandises that you see at varies stores.I think of using spot weld on all of these, not sure if that is strong enough or it's the wrong welding method. Reply:Mig weld with lil spots. Thats if you ask me. Bascially liek making tacks..but good tacks.. not lil iddy bitty ones. But keep em pretty too IF it Catches...Let it Burn
Reply:I would say yes to spot welding the wire-grid. As for the other two I would go the extra and Tig weld them. This would make it look better and should hold better.Just ny 2 cents. |
