Does your mig have a burn back or other feed related problem? A worn liner is suspect in lots of mig malfunctions. The place where the most wear occures in the liner is where it takes its first 90 degree bend. About 8 inches out where it heads for the floor, right? A quick fix. Tie or otherwise attach a straight object,[broom handle, angle iron, ect.] to your machine and to the mig gun lead. The object being to move the bend of the liner a little further out on lead. This will get you thru the day and sometimes thru the next couple of months. If your welder lead is close enough to the floor a chair or a box placed under the lead to hold it straight will do the job.
