I am trying to learn how to weld on my own not doing very well i must admit i am using a AC100 115,60HZ,20amp rated out put 230 volts arc welder. trying to fabricate snowplow extentions steel being used is 1/8 for moldboard and 7/16 fro the ribs what is the best rods to be using or is my choice welding equipment not a good one to try and learn on. looking forward for your input .Last edited by plow north; 08-07-2006 at 12:15 PM. |
