Our welder/generator on our service truck is acting up. It will strike an arc, then after about 1/2 inch if welding, it quits, but the engine is still running fine.We have had this unit in service for several years and use the generator several times a week, and the welder maybe once a month.Any ideas where to start to look?
Reply:Further info, I misunderstood the radio message I got. It welds, but only at the coldest setting, no matter what the heat level is set to. |
