Does this sound like a good deal?

Thanks for your guys input on what welder type and I have been doing some shopping. I have found a Miller 251 Mig that has 20 hours, still under warranty, and comes with the 30A spoolgun for $2300?Additionally if I buy this welder or any other he sells me permanent rights, i.e. I own, an 80 lb tank with first fill up for $136 plus he will get me started with the right safety gear at his cost. It sounds good to me, but I would like your folks input. Thanks in advance, jwr2200
Reply:Well, that's $550 cheaper than the best online deals, but you'll have to pay sales tax, so figure that in.  But if a local dealer is making a good deal without being begged for it, it could be a good sign that he's the type that makes friends of his customers.  There are plenty of the other type to go around, that's for sure.These machines don't have hour meters, so that's just his sales line on a used machine.More importantly, HOW MUCH of the three-year warranty is left?
