problem: tig "bubbling"

I'm having an issue sometimes when welding steel tubing where a bubble bulges out despite having plentiful vent holes.  I've been assuming that gasses are building inside the tubes to cause this, but as I said, I have vent holes.  This never happens with titanium.  I typically scuff my joints with scotchbrite, blow off the dust with my air hose and then dip it acetone for a minute or so and then blow off again.any ideas about the cause?
Reply:How far inside are you cleaning the tube??Oils and crap will "wick" right to the heat source from 4-5" away and cause the yuck that causes problems...Not saying that thats the problem but from what you have stated there is not many areas left to look at.....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
