swaging tube

A customer is using 2" tri-cover and dairy-type fittings that are welded to a short piece of tube acting as a king nipple.  They need this nipple replace, but one problem:  They have been swaged(or flaired out in the middle) so the hose and clamps wont slide off.  And for the life of me, I cannot find any pieces of tube on the net that I can use.  I have more TC's and dairy fittings. All I need is the swaged tube.  Anyone know where I can get these?-MikeCommon sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.

Reply:You could also try swaging the end of 2 short tubes and weld them together.
Reply:McMaster hasnt helped.  I thought about welding two swaged ends together, but the fittings need to be food grade, and that will majorly add to the time with the extra welds.  Maybe I can talk the customer into king nipples.Common sense in an uncommon degree is what the world calls wisdom.

Reply:Okay.... After a lot of research online and with local suppliers, I have come to this conclusion: They don't make that old-school fitting anymore. I did find a company (JV Northwest) that can stretch the tube to my specs for a pretty penny. I also found out that swage is actually a manufacturer of fittings and such called SwageLok (swagelok.com). I looked though their site and couldn't find anything that was of help. So it looks like I have to go though JVNW for my parts.
