Suggestion on better material for hinges.

http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=21678I showed the hinges in the above thread to my client.  They will work for our purposes.  However,  I was,and Mondo raised, concerned about galvanic reaction between the ss and Al.Any suggestion on material to improve the design? Reply:Will the hinges be powder coated prior to the ss washers installed?A good guess is better than a bad measurement

Reply:In that application I wouldn't be too concerned , yes there it a reaction but remember all screws used in ally assemblies are ss.There are nylon washers around and ally washers but neither sound applicable.A good guess is better than a bad measurement
