The corner weld was at 665 ipm and 21v and the filet(I think) was at 450ipm an 24v on 1/4 with 030 4043 wire on a esab mt250 spoolgun and mm260 power with 100% argon.These are close to the settings under the cover.Both were spraying well except for the last couple of inches on the inside corner,probably operator error on distance. I'm lost on this stuff but it sure is interesting.I'm not even going to show anyone my first tig welds they are sick.Help with any info please.Thanks Ken Attached Images

Reply:I push with the spoolgun and keep the nozzle close. Welds look good. Keep at it.David Real world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
