Homemade seat

Anyone ever weld together any seats for their golf carts?  I am about to weld some bed rails together for a frame to hold my seat on my golf cart.  If anyone has any suggestions I sure would appreciate them.Thanks Calvin
Reply:I've welded up bracket to adapt bucket seats into a car but never a golf cart. Can you post some pics, it may help generate ideas.If you don't want to stand behind our Troops, feel free to stand in front of them.

Reply:That would fit nicely at Burningman.  I've seen some of the pics on the net.  Lot of really cool stuff done out in the desert.Didn't someone start the fire early this year?I'd like to go there some day.Oh, and hey?  The lady that takes care of my mother dropped off a bedframe that she wants welded in order to firm up the brackets that hold the headboard, and footboard.  I didn't realize these things were made out of spring steel.  Anything I should do different when welding it?  I was just gonna use the wire welder with flux core."Any day above ground is a good day"http://www.farmersamm.com/
