Hello. I have a robotic cell equipped with a Miller Acxess 675 and I would like to achieve some specific requirements for the welding by overwriting with a palm pilot the pick voltage of the power supply to around 50-52V with 2.0-2.1 milliseconds pulse width at a wire feed speed of 600-700 ipm. We use .052 wire with 90Ar+10CO2. I would be interested in different opinions you may have regarding the usage of this high peak voltage and potential problems that may arise during production. Thanks, Jeff.
