Reply:Actually, I'm making a junoir rail-job myself at the moment. I've got a honda rebel 450 engine on a go-cart frame that has been extended to adult size. If you have the right tools and parts then it's not that bad. I extended the frame, braced the frame, and cut up the motorcycle and put on the engine within one Sunday, but I came to a halt and had to form a search party to find a chain rear-end. I setup the foot shifter to a hand shifter and ran the gas and clutch cables to foot pedals. Other than the rear-end, it is going pretty well.
Reply:The big problem will be bending the square tube unless you have a shop that can do it.Hank
