Reply:nice job,As long as you made a back bumper, Why didn't you mount the winch on the back bumper. When I get stuck on my fourwheeler, it's because I can't go forward any more and I need to go backwards to get out.
Reply:That appears to be serious demolition quality, or you're riding in alligator territory. Oh, you're in Jersey, that explains the need.Appreciation Gains You Recognition-
Reply:Whatever the need, that is a formidable looking bumper. Great job! Kinda makes me want one.
Reply:looks really heavy how thick is the tubing ?
Reply:Looks good, those Polaris need those cause all that plastic crap they use gets busted up right away.
Reply:morpheus..... the tubing it 1 inch box
Reply:When one of your relatives is driving it and bumps a tree is there any spot that will give on the bumper, or will the force be transmitted to the frame and bend the frame?
Reply:yea the bumper will bend up its framed w/ 1 inch box tubing and covered in sheet metal and mounted to winch mount.it'll give b4 anything else...i hope lol
Reply:Ok. it looks like a piece of 2x3 x 3/16's or similar ... which definitely wouldn't give. my quad has a round tubing bumper and it's all beat to heck but probably isn't much thicker than EMT ... - jack
