I will try to post a pic of one of the things I made for the Grandkids. Don't know yet if it will work. It's heavy duty enough to stand on. Not sure but it's made of something like 14 or 16 ga. steel with 1/4 in. axels. Will see if this goes. This was reduced to 30% of original.Welder- Miller Thunderbolt AC 225-DC 150 Plasma cutter, Miller Spectrum 300O/P torch- Victor 100

Reply:The pic went and I'm so happy I'll try another one just a little bigger. Attached ImagesWelder- Miller Thunderbolt AC 225-DC 150 Plasma cutter, Miller Spectrum 300O/P torch- Victor 100

Reply:My Granddad used to make little simple wooden boats with a string attached that we would float up and down the irrigation ditch.  He also made whistles out of the reeds along the drainage ditches on our place. When I was 31 I tried to get him to make me another reed and a boat so I would have as a keepsake when he was gone.  Unfortunatley he didn't have the strength left to whittle like he used to.  Sadly I didn't get the boat or whistle...those kids will remember those things you build for them.  I damn well wished I would have kept one of those treasures.
Reply:Very Nice!Do you have any plans for building any Psycho versions powered with a small ~23cc weed-wacker engine? If I was a kid with a small toy truck powered by a weedwacker, I don't think I'd ever stop playing in my sandbox! PsychoKart
Reply:No, I don't have any plans to put a motor on. That would be pretty wild with a weed wacker engine. It would need 4 wheel drive.Welder- Miller Thunderbolt AC 225-DC 150 Plasma cutter, Miller Spectrum 300O/P torch- Victor 100

Reply:We tried to make a skateboard go with a weedwhacker engine when i was 14... We tried by taking a slug from an electrical box drilling it and inserting srews into a skateboard wheel... made the board out of 5/8 in ply... uh it didn't werk, but we tried... ruined a good weedwhacker and a skateboard wheel... but dang if we didn't try... these days, I think I could make it werk.... hmmm what an idear...
Reply:We  made a go cart with a Homelite chainsaw motor when I was a kid.  Probably the fist Front wheel drive go cart ever built.  Rear steering too.  But you had to watch those corners.  Flip you right over if you didn't back off the throttle.  Not sure what ever happened to it......  Lincoln 225 AC/DC, Hobart 140 Mig. Oxy/propane Victor torch.(2) Makita 5" angle grinders  one with zip disk, 14" chop saw.  and just about every other tool you can think of. Whoever has the most toys when he die's ..... Wins!
