I want to order some ship channel. Can someone tell me where I can find how to measure it for size. I see where flange width, flange thickness, and web thickness are areas that get measured. Does someone know a site where I might be able to see where they take the measurements. In this case a picture would be worth a thousand words. Thanks
Reply:None of my steel suppliers have on line viewing, but you could give your local steel service guy/gal a call and they can tell you what they have or what they can get.
