Automatic welders

Now, I don't know about you guys but since these machines are doing a good job at welding pipes, does that mean the future for pipe welders isn't bright? You won't actually get good money anymore because you're not really using your skills. Just don't want to get into this industry and seeing that these machines are taking my job and lowering my pay.

Reply:DesertRider33,  The jobs I have been around using these machines the operator is only allowed to line up machine and watch the puddle. They had a tech who covered about 10 machines to make any adjustments.
