Hey guys, I was looking at a copy of HANDY magazine and saw a rolling parts cart with plans on how to build it. Looked fairly easy and I liked what I saw but can't find the plans. Any help or ideas? Thanks.

Reply:I'm not sure, I read it in a hospital and the nurse picked it up and took it away. I wasn't the patient. I have since joined this handman club and magazine but can't figure how todo back issues.
