hello just thought id post some pics of things ive made . one is a t.v. stand i made for my nephew out 1"sq tube and 1/8 inch exspanded metal i also mounted a mini strobe light to it to give it the look of neon underside the tuner cars have, the other is a gallow i made for holloween to sit on our dinning room table , and a trident i made out of scrap i had laying around the points and legs are from my coupons from my asme sec.9 test plates that were bend tested from school ( im enrolled in tri state welding . i got 8 monts left) i hope these links come out ok sorry if not also sorry about quality of pics still getting the hang of the camera
Reply:always nice to see the artistic side of welding......also nice to see some good come out of test coupons besides being a "trophy" all look great! you should feel proud of putting your efforts in the sights of critics i don't have a spunky username just what it is, me!
Reply:niiiice.. i just finished my level 'c' welding in victoria bc canada and i have tons of bend tests like those.. i made a candle holder sorta but i never painted them or anything and none of the bends are equal on both sides so it sorta sucks.lol |
