respone on a new welding product

Hi!My name is Magnus and I´m a student from Sweden currently working on project meant to bring new solutions to the welding industry. My group is concentrating on developing a new and more user-friendly mobile-fumefilter-extractor. We are interested in the market segment wich welds on different places (both outside and inside) and therefore needs a well functioning mobile-fume-extractor (we believe that unhealty fumes must be kept away from workers independent on worksituation). Now I would be ever thankful if anyone could giver their opinion on how todays products could be improved.What´s your opinion? From our reserach on the swedish market we have found that users find following the problems with today products: not user-friendly (too heavy, too big) and unflexible. The consequense is often that the product stands in the corner as a dustcollector.To answer these problems we are trying to develop a userfirendly product wich integrates the welding machine with the fume extractor. Briefly this would mean that the extractor would come out of the corner and help workers improving their health, working environment and probably the work itself.Do you think this is an good idea?   Please don´t hesitate to voice your opinion!
