Regarding DC welding, be it MIG, TIG or Stick, what does the DC output waveform look like?It is Pusating DC (from 0vdc to Nvdc) or filtered with ripple on top, or something else?I imagine that it's pulsating DC, at 120hz for MIG and Gas engine driven machines, but Inverters produce their own waveforms yes? At selectable frequencies?Just curious.-andy- |
