I'm looking to build a built-in outdoor griddle. Something like you would see at a benihana. What would be the best metal to use for the top, I'd like it to look nice. Stainless steel would be nice, but would it discolor under the heat? Polished Cold Rolled Steel may work, but would it rust outdoors (Dry Climate - Arizona)Any feedback would be great. I'm very excited about this project.
Reply:I run SS for my plate and grill.It does discolour a little, but is real easy to clean. |
