im welding on stiffeners/ gussets on the base of a monopole tower and using NR232 in .068 looking for any tips or suggestions
Reply:If you have enough welder power .072 runs better. Don't bother running it on CC it will fight you all the way. If you don't have a 300+ amp CV power source you need one.Don't try and weld like your using stick or any other wire. for V-Up you need to point the electrode DOWN towards the puddle.
