Well i finally got to play with a gas mig machine today..first time in years... had to go where dad works and fab up 2 grates that go between the driveway and the road..they had the material all cut to size and ready to go..7' X 11 1/4"after some tinkering with the machine i was ready to blast away..i have no idea what the settings were on the knobs.. they were worn off..but it was a 220v lincoln mig with 75-25 gas...took me 1hr 45min to do..what fun!!!...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:the shop i work at got the material in 20' lengths..i dropped it off at their shop thursday...they cut it and "set it up"now all i had to do was come in and weld it..they install/ repair fisher snowplows there..its a job for one of the owners friends...i weld it and in return i get a new 9' cutting edge and the 10 new bolts to replace the really worn one thats on my plow now..210$$ value..seems like a deal to me... ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
