Well heres the "Sat A.M." job continuation..Got the heads in the tube (.010 shrink)..tube was beveled as well as the outer head..first pass was to fuse it..after fusing a complete inspection was done to assure myself that there was no porosity or missed areas that may leak in the future...once i was happy with the results it was filled with just one pass..no leaks guaranteed!!! we had 2 of these rollers to do..they are in the "big lathe" now getting turned to the finish size...i just love jobs like that... ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:During my Advanced Tig class in college I was sitting on a metal stool in the booth. The footwear of choice has been steeltoes for quite some time. Got it from my grandpa. Well, as some people are morons and always have to mess with things.....a leak developed in the cooling line unbeknownst to me. My foot was in the puddle that formed. I didn't wear my leathers in the tig booth. My elbow was resting on the live table. BzzzzzzzzzttThat doesn't feel too good. I have never been zapped since. No plans to do it anytime soon either.Lincoln Power Mig 210MP MIGLincoln Power Mig 350MP - MIG and Push-PullLincoln TIG 300-300Lincoln Hobby-Weld 110v  Thanks JLAMESCK TIG TORCH, gas diffuser, pyrex cupThermal Dynamics Cutmaster 101My brain
