to day i was testing what my lincoln V-160T could handle and testing the pump of the water cooler im building for the torch so i welded up some 9" long 3/8 plate .the joint is a dubble Vee groove the filler 3/32 er70-6 the tung 3/32 now this might not be right but it is what i had on hand i know the weld is not great but normalyi would mig or stick weld something like this but i had to try Attached ImagesLast edited by chopper5; 10-08-2006 at 04:30 PM.ChuckASME Pressure Vessel welder

Reply:looks ok to me.. stitch welding is fun is'nt it?...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
