Well I have a question, And I wish i could get a picture of my mig welds for you but i cant until MondayOkay ill give you the info you need if i am missing something let me know1) 1/6 machines work 2) the working machine is always being used and others just don't get worked on or anything3) I do not know the problem with The other machines But The welds Turn out all porousAt no matter what setting I turn the Gas on and it doesn't help i put voltage LOW still comes out same.4) I am going to guess and say leak of gas or kink in wire feeder. Reply:Sounds like a gas problem, defuser clogged, leak, flow set to high. Have to ask, have you checked polarity, EP for solid wire?

Reply:Gas x3Is the gas on a manifold that is not designed correctly and all the gas goes to only one welder? Or the solenoids that control gas flow is busted in 5 of them and its only a matter of time before the last one goes?UA Local 598 |
