i recently took & flunked this test it was .045 esab wire about 160 amps & i beleive i was using between 425 & 475 inches per minute. i tried a sided to side & just running it straight towards me. always got undercut or lack of fusion. i could not clean it up when i back-goughed it. frustated.thanks
Reply:To be clear the joint was a 4g square bevel joint with no root opening or backer?Where were your volts at?Have we all gone mad?
