i made this cart a few months back when i bought my welder.  i couldn't justify spending an extra 100 bucks for the cart when i made this one for about 17 bucks.  its made out of 11 guage 1"x1" square tubing ans 16 guage sheet meatal for the floor of the cart.  the caster wheels were from my tool chest that i never put on.   i still need to make a handle to pull it with for the front.  there were holes in the bottom of the foot rest on the welder so i just drilled some holes on the cross bars of my cart and bolted the welder to it.  the welds didn't turn out that great. the reccomended settings on the door were a lil high and melted it like butter.  and i cut all the metal with a 4" cut off tool so my cuts weren't all that square.  if i had a chop saw it would of turned out alot better with better welds with no gaps. Reply:Nice cart. When I get my new mig that will be the first thing I TRY to make.   Don't blame you on spending the $100.00.
Reply:Too bad about that nuclear explosing that went off just outside your garage though....  (just joking about the bright pictures!)- JohnOh yeah the cart looks nice too !
Reply:yea I gotta paint it.  and no matter how i adjusted my camera or the angle or direction i shot the pics, they came out bright.  the sun wasn't even out today.
