Reply:Nice looking box... especially impressive if you built it in one night... paint and all.
Reply:It took around 10-12 hours from start to finish.  It's all 14ga. sheet.  The box is put togather in 3 pieces and so is the door (no pan brake).  The door is also put togather out of 3 pieces.  The handle was cut from 1/4x4 aluminum flatbar, I cut it to 1 1/2" wide and broke the ends and welded the cracks back up and then ground and polished it. The name plate is also 14 ga with aluminum treadplate backing.  The "Designed Conveyor" was cut freehanded with a plasma.  The top is 3/8" thick UHMW.  The dimensions came out   17 1/4" x 21" x 33" tall.  It has 3 coats black and 3 coats clear.  Thanks for all the replies.DewayneDixieland WeldingMM350PLincoln 100Some torchesOther misc. tools
