A/C Cobra Spindles

This isn't a "welding" job... but this is gonna be really cool!!customer is building a A/C Cobra kit car..he wants to use "nok off" halibrand wheels on it..But the 2 diffrent style hubs that are available are not what he wants..heres the spindles..OK Now heres what i have to do..I have to make 4 new ones outta 6" round stock..but i have to "combind" this feature from this one and that feature from that one.. heres the "insides" of both..now he wants the shorter one made like the outside of the orig BUT i have to add the "top" section to it like the taller one has (before the threads) Now the inside of the shorter one has to be machined like the inside of the taller one..note on the inside pic there is a very small lip at the end of the taller one and none on the short one..That must be added along with all the inside dimentions from the taller one to the new spindles..and two of them get right handed threads..two get left handed threads..(outside)..but most of all they have to weigh the same give or take 2 grams..and the i.d. and the o.d.HAVE to run "dead nuts" i allready have 2 blanks inside machined to spec.This will take awhile but i'm psyched!!i'll keep you posted as the machining goes on..i get all the fun jobs.. ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
