New excavator pin

The local salvage yard called the other day with a little problem on one of their machines.... seems the pin that connects the boom to the stick on their Hitachi 650 excavator walked out. In the process the ear on the boom that supports the pin bent.... They just happen to have a spare boom hanging around so they swapped it out and we turned up a new pin. We're waiting to find out if we'll be fixing the boom.... So here is the new pin, no big deal. I cut the pin keeper ( the part that looks like a Q ) on my burning table. The pin was turned in our machine shop.
