well as promised i have taken some pic's of my new MM135 cart. its prity simple. the plan is to get every thing on its own cart so i can keep all the welders and plasma out of my small welding room and just rool in the one i need at the time. so i'm not concerned about carieing extra tools ,consumables and such as they all have a place in the welding room and i see no need to add them to the cart, then i would just have to go from cart to cart looking for tools as i changed welders. next is the TIG welder, its going to be out of aluminum and wood i think still have not quite nailed down a design yet, just that i know i want it to be out of aluminum. after all its a TIG so i might as well use it to build its cart right. well injoy. Reply:just as i finished the assembly my brother showed up needing me to do some welding on his car inside the big shop. so i had to make the move from small shop with welding room to larger shop without and as such did the mud bogging. i only got the one pic befor he needed it so i had to go back and get some more to show the hole cart. not the best addvertising of my U.S.Army sysmbles would have been clearer.when i need to do any mud bogging i just use the front bar to keep the front wheels up and just pull it along. this summer i intend to conect the 2 shops making mud bogging a thing of the past.FWIW i'm running Co2 now and am realy happy with it. i'm not getting any more splatter with the Co2 than i was with C-25 maybee even a bit less. i realy like the way it's running on Co2 summer is here, plant a tree for mother earth. if you dont have time or space, sponcer some one else to plant one for you.feel free to shoot me a PM or e-mail me at [email][email protected] i got lots of time. |
