Reply:hey chris, what settings are you spraying at?ZAP, i don't care if you tied to stuff wog into the positioner and make him sick spinning him around, as long as your getting paid."Retreat hell, were just fighting in the other direction"Miller Trailblazer 302, Extreme 12 VS, Dimension 400, Spectrum 375, HF 251D-1, Milermatic 251 w/ spoolgun  Hypertherm 1000Lincoln sp 1702000 F-450 to haul it

Reply:I always get a small notch/undercut on the corner returns.  Inspectors always snag it.  As a result I break all my corners before welding.  I end up having to do it anyway to prevent paint film thinning on the corners and the accidental undercut is eliminated.
Reply:Keep up the good work Bud!
Reply:Great job Lorenzo! Old Zap wishes he could throw down beads like that!I think he would rather just throw down lip and tell everyone else what to do. He must be a boss somewhere in an office.
Reply:You do realise your not making any friends here.. ...zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:I have been reading this message board for a long time. I don't think you are good enough to give anyone advice. Most of the welds you rag on are much better than yours. I do not have time to post pictures. I weld gas piping for the semiconductor industry. If my weld fail , people die.
Reply:Jealousy is the first form of flattery. Your snide remarks towards Zap will not be taken lightly here. He contributes much to this forum and is well respected by many senior and junior members. Just because you don't like how or what he posts does NOT give you the right to discredit him. Take is another place or keep your comments to yourself.John -  fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!-  bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com
Reply:Great! You guy's should get a room together somewhere and weld the crack of dawn!
