My nieghbor changed the oil in his gas pressure washer engine and cracked the housing putting the plug back in too tight. Here's some pics, I can't see the pics as I post them so by memory I think it goes: crack, gouge with carbide burr, burn thru with too much amps, weld all over crack, fix melt thru and retap, finished weld. Reply:Tigged it with my old miller gold star. I have the foot control but it doesn't control very well. No ripples cuz I had to flow everything together to get the bubbles/contaminants out and can't go low enough on the heat either, so it wanted to melt thru. Looks like I lost the last picture.
