I'm bidding a job based on a professional engineer print. The print specifies conformity to AWS D1.1 structural welding code. Also various AISC code. I'm familiar with older versions of said, but wish to find current. Can anyone direct me to an information source? Every site I've found wants to sell me something.Thanks-Miller TrailBlazer 251Miller HF-250-1Miller MaxStar 150 STLHyperTherm PowerMax 380 plasmaLincoln PowerMig 180Millermatic 252Miller Diversion 180

Reply:I spend close to $2000.00 a year on books (codes and the like) and it sucks. I don't bid unless I have a copy of all the specs and codes in my hand at time of bid. I have paid for that lesson too many times.
Reply:That's how they make lunch money. The code book is worth its weight to the Society.City of L.A.
